One of our most floral blends.

We’ve blended our delicate Shoumei and Pai Mu Tan white tea leaves with organic pink rose petals to create a gentle, smooth, and fragrant blend. 

Our suggestion for brewing: bring water to 175 F (about the temperature at which you begin to see tiny bubbles forming at the bottom of your kettle), and steep one heaping teaspoon of leaves per 8 ounces of water for no more than 2 minutes. Be strict on your brewing time, as white leaves are the most delicate to brew. Any longer, and you might spoil the rich smoothness of this exquisite leaf with a bitter release of tannins.
