After the World Tea Expo we met a family from India who have been tea farmers for years.
They sent us a sample of their Chai blend and we fell in love. Assam black tea is blended into a spicy mix of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, black pepper and ginger. Our favorite preparation is to steep 1 teaspoon of chai in a mug half full with water, add a little sugar, then top it off with some frothy milk. This is a delicious, authentic Indian chai right from the farm to your cup. (Indian Origin)
Steeping Instructions: 1 teaspoon for 6-8 oz of water. We recommend steeping in water under a boil for 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Milk and sugar recommended
